__________________________________________________________________________________

And so it's another new month in the calendar,
which marks the end of the year isn't that far.

As it starts snowing in Canada and the rain starts to drop on Ardul Kinanah,
the month of December begins to whirl,
bringing back all the cherished memories that was once shared,
where me and my loved ones were brought into this world.

haaa, see? Ramaii kann? Happy belated and becoming birthday sweethearts!
note how kami adik beradik were born selang sepuluh hari *despite the difference in years of course.
macam wow je kan. hehe. alhamdulillah, thanks Mama, thanks Allah.

Abe yeo and his little girl, Mardhiyyah :)
Mardhiyyah dah bsr sikit..alahai :)
within a year, a newborn is now a toddler who is able to stand on her own two feet.
within a year, a boy is now a young man who is able to carry out responsibilities placed upon him.
within a year, a man is now ready to be called a husband.
within a year, a married couple welcomes their little bundle of joy.
within a year, a family mourns over their loved one's death.

this is life. and it goes on.
we are all in this ride,
reaching the final destination,
and it waits for no one the time and tide.

we are,
closer to responsibilities.
closer to becoming old.
closer to death.
closer to God.

Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah

"Indeed, there are signs in the heavens and earth for believers,
and in your creation,
and in the crawling things that He has scattered far and near,
there are signs for a nation whose belief is certain"
(QS: 45:3-4)

to family & friends;

Thanks for the birthday wishes.
May Allah bless us all!
^_____^

Being away from home at times like this makes me miss home even more.

June 21st, 1992

This entry is dedicated to Nadirah Mohamad Nasriff, who just turned 19.

Remember my Pooh Bear-cap ayey-erasers?
Remember how you imitated Pooh poses?
Remember how we laughed so hard to all of those?
Remember how that made the gap between us close?

I still remember during my school days,
From I was seven till I was seventeen,
I got too used to seeing you everyday,
Now that I don't anymore, I wonder how you've been.

"You make me laugh when I don't even want to smile",
is what you do to me all this while.

You're the only friend who I grow up with like literally,
and the one who I wish to grow old with like seriously.
*Insya Allah*

(hari khamis exam pulak kan? fighting3! you can do it~!! ^____^)

Life is about trials and tests,
each time we must give our best,
have faith in Allah & be fearless,
for  He will do the rest.

To the girl who loves stars and everything blue,
I just want to say

SANAH HELWA YA HABIBTI!
kullu sanah wa enti toyyibah insya Allah

My sweet tooth

Ehem3 *clears throat*
Dear Nur Aimuni,
'bukak mata.......

SELAMAT HARI JADI~! ^____^'

(you know what to say next =p)

ingat lagi tak, it's the same birthday wish i posted on your facebook wall 2 years ago, and i bet this year, iklan ni masih lagi dimainkan di corong radio Kelantan f.m, beberapa minit sebelum azan maghrib berkumandang menandakan waktu berbuka puasa..hehe.

you see, some things never change,
just like my love for you, it will remain the same.

love her doodles!
Looking through our pictures together are quite tiresome,
For they are more than 100 + 2,
but my life in SMKANL wouldn't be as awesome,
if Allah hadn't sent me you.

The moment you walked out of the airplane,
My heart was in pain,
It was as if I had lost my sugarcane,
but we still keep in touch & the sweetness remains.
*Alhamdulillah*

White and green are your favourite colours,
Taylor Swift is your favourite singer,
Thanks for being my partner all these years,
You better make sure our friendship lasts forever~ =P

Good luck 'dentist to be',
May ALLAH ease your journey.

Pssst...want to hear the truth?,
You'll always be my sweet tooth!

What would Spongebob be without Patrick? (n_n)

Straw to my berry.

This entry is specially dedicated to Pn. Nik Fatimah binti Nik Ismail.

There is this one special person,
who loves me without any reason.

She is the straw to my berry,
the Mother who I love so dearly.

It's definitely not an easy task,
but you nailed to raise us seven,
so there's nothing more I can ask,
for you are a blessing sent from heaven!

Carrying me,
I know you suffered a lot,
and how you raised me up so patiently,
is something I will ever forget not.

As I am here in Egypt writing this,
it is you in Malaysia who I miss.

I'm sorry for being far away,
I'm sorry for not being able to be your sunshine
when the skies were grey,
I'm sorry for the bad days
when I didn't listen to what you say,
I'm sorry if I ever hurt you in any possible way.

To list up everything you've done,
is totally infeasible,
but i'll jot down one by one,
as far as I am capable.

I thank Allah for all the times,
when I'm in need,
you are always there,
and all my pain will be healed.

I thank Allah for all you showed me,
about life and its lessons,
about love and its gifts,
about Allah and His Magnificence.

Mostly I thank Allah for sending me you,
plus Papa too! (^___^)

Please read this so you can see,
that you are the woman I want to be,
Dear Mama,
you mean the world to me!

I love it when it's May,
because I get the chance to say;

"Happy Mother's day
&
Happy Birthday, Mama"
By Fatin Nabila

Rasul Allah (pbuh) said: “A dutiful loving son who looks at his parents with love and kindness will earn a reward equal to performing the Hajj ( Pilgrimage) for each loving glance of his. Even if he casts such a glance one hundred times a day,he would be credited with the same reward each time. Almighty God's treasure is never diminished by such generous and lavish rewards.” [Bayhaqi] ♥

it has been 2 months, and only 2 months are left
until we see each other again...insya Allah

Bitter & Sweet

Allah knows what’s best for us
So why should we complain
We always want the sunshine
But He knows there must be rain

We always want the laughter
And the merriment of cheer
But our hearts will lose their tenderness
If we never shed a tear

Allah tests us often
With suffering and with sorrow
He tests us not to punish us
But to help us meet tomorrow

For growing trees are strengthened
If they withstand the storm
And the sharp cut of the chisel
Gave the marble grace and form

Allah tests us often
And for every pain He gives to us
Provided we’re patient
Is followed by rich again

So whenever we feel that everything is going wrong
It is just Allah’s way
To make our spirit’s strong.

Author: Unknown

I knew this poem from Mama perhaps eight years ago.
From that day onwards, it has become my favourite poem, which never failed to turn my frown upside down.  Up until now even, whenever I face a hard time and this poem happens to cross my mind,
I think of Allah and it was all thanks to you who have taught me so, Mama. :')
There were so many things going on since last week.
I was emotionally-affected by them hence this post.
I remember when I was eight and was admitted to the hospital, you stayed up
all night, holding me tight…Not being able to do the same hurts me a lot.
It was also last week that the mid-year exam results were out.
Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli hal, it was actually better than I expected it would be~
*positive-thinking*
Hopefully it's not too late to congratulate the high achievers; keep it up!
48 orang mumtaz, cayalah! :)
To those who think they didn't do well, do look up and see the poem again.
This time try to read between the lines.
Insya Allah, it will do its wonders as it does on me. *memujuk hati*
Final exam = 3months away. now is the time to work harder.
wake up wake up!
Aim =  NO CARRY, NO REPEAT~ insya ALLAH ^____^
It might be bitter at first, but after I read this;

'Aten, mama dah keluar hospital tadi. Everything is ok. Syukur kepada Allah'
Sent by Papa Sayang on 27th March, 1.25pm

I couldn’t help but to smile all day long. It was sweet :)

My angels :)

With these 4 girls,
I'm in love,
They are like angels,
Sent from above.

Nadirah & Nawal,
Farah & Munie,
They are all
Very dear to me.

When will we meet I ponder,
Because their absence makes my heart grow fonder.

Way back at SK Islah,
Was where I met Nawal & Nadirah.

I knew Nadirah since we were seven,
Alhamdulillah, the friendship continues to grow,
From Islah to Naim to Egypt even,
She's in Alexandria and I'm in Cairo.

When I don't even want to smile,
She makes me laugh,
She is brave, funny, simple and reliable,
I'm just happy she's my other half. :')

A very keen listener,
Nawal has always been,
She's also honest, soft-spoken,
and likes purple & green.

When the teachers were out,
In class we always sang songs,
If you ask me a decade ago,
I didn't expect our friendship would last this long. =)

At SMKA Naim, in 2005,
Was where I met my Munie,
For the 5 years we strived,
She always sat next to me.

Back in school,
We did almost everything together,
Hiwar, debate, choral speaking,
And studying for sure,
Not to forget the tears and laughter.

Munie is a great cook,
Acting is her passion,
One thing I long to look,
That is her facial expressions!

Farah likes shopping,
Farah likes water,
If I'm trouble-causing,
She's the trouble maker! =P

When I'm lost,
Farah leads me the right directions,
She's also good,
At helping me to make decisions.

Eventhough in different universities,
We are placed,
I hope you know dear Farah,
That you will never be replaced.

Ya Allah, to my angels,
Please let the wind blow,
One in Malaysia, one in Jordan, Two in Egypt,
To tell that I miss them so.

Dear angels we may be far apart,
But you're always close to my heart.

.Ukhuwah Fillah.

p/s: tetibe je rindu korang! hee
